One gripe with brokers is that clients feel like they never hear from them. You can expect proactive communication from me throughout the entire process.
The key to a successful search process comes down to the upfront work. We will sit down for a buyer consultation in which I will evaluate your needs and develop a plan. From there we will scour the market to identify right fit properties and schedule tours.
Once we have identified a property that is a fit we will structure an offer and position ourselves to negotiate the best price and terms. Once we have an agreed upon offer we will perform due diligence to ensure we minimize risk and mistakes.
We will coordinate with our team of partners to ensure you make it to the closing table. Once the keys are in your hand I will continue to offer you post-close services as part of my ongoing real estate advisory.
